Greetings from Granville Golfland,

Spring is just around the corner…at least it seems that way when the temperature gets over 50 degrees every now and then! We’re open every day from 11:00 until 6:00 including Saturday & Sunday regardless of weather. And our heated/covered tees make all but the coldest and windiest days bearable! Lessons are available as are TrackMan club fittings. There’s no better time to get your game in shape than now – get a jump on the season with instruction, new or updated equipment and plenty of practice. Ping: The new i20 and i15 woods, irons and hybrids are here. We have demos of all for you to test. Plus, as we are a Ping Fitter of the Year, we have all of the Ping fitting equipment to ensure your equipment is matched to your swing. And we have many of the new series of Ping putters that can be custom fitted to your putting stroke.

Mizuno: The complete Mizuno fitting center that includes a unique shaft analysis system to match irons to your swing is at Golfland! This system allows a player to hit over 400 different head/shaft/length combinations and is perhaps the most comprehensive fitting center in existence – and we’re one of only a few to have it! Mizuno is known for its better-player forged irons, but the company now offers clubs for all level of player – and the fitting system will prove it!.

TaylorMade: The latest and greatest from TaylorMade is hear. The new RocketBallZ and R11s drivers are the best yet from TM. Soon we will have the complete fitting system for both woods and irons. Cleveland: Cleveland’s new XL drivers are here with the new Classic driver on its way. The XL Series of drivers is among the lightest on the market and is designed to increase swing speed. Plus, we have demo CG16 irons and a full line of all of the Cleveland wedges – including demo clubs for you to try.

Tileist: The new fitting system is here which includes AP1 and AP2 irons as well as the MB and CB irons. All 910 drivers, fairways and hybrids are part of the system. If you’re a Titleist player, Golfland is the place to be fit! 

Please be aware that Golfland is the only area location with the complete fitting systems from Ping, Titleist, Mizuno and TaylorMade – none of the other stores or courses within the Neawrk/Heath and even the Columbus area have what we have…
  
 

Services

Fitting: Golfland offers fitting of virtually all brands of woods, irons and putters to match nearly any budget. Loft, lie, shaft and length are key elements in iron fitting, while launch angle and ball spin are keys to driver fitting. We use Trackman, the best launch monitor in the business, to ensure accuracy in our fittings. We are Ohio’s only Trackman location – it’s the very same technology that you see on the PGA Tour every weekend on TV. Visit www.trackmangolf.com for details about what this incredible unit can do. Remember that we are the only facility in Licking county that offers outdoor fitting of virtually any manufacturer – with or without Trackman. There is no substitute for outdoor fitting; indoor hitting nets do not provide adequate feedback for the best fit. Call or stop by today to schedule a fitting for those new clubs for 2010!

Repairs/Performance Upgrades:  Whether you’re looking for new grips, different shafts or a loft/lie adjustment, we can do it all. Most repairs can be done overnight. We specialize in Accra graphite and KBS steel shafts – we’re one of the few in Ohio who do. KBS is the winningest iron shaft on Tour this year. We also utilize shafts from UST, Aldila, True Temper and Grafalloy just to name a few. Grips from Golf Pride, Winn, Lamkin, Tacki Mac and Avon are among the grips choices when it comes to new grips – and we size them for free and install them overnight.

Instruction:  Award winning PGA instructor Joe Giles is available for individual or group lessons by appointment. Joe, A Southern Ohio Teacher of the Year and a Top 10 Ohio Instructor as determined by Golf Digest, offers instruction to all skill levels and guarantees game improvement. Jeff Jackson, a United States Golf Teacher Federation instructor also provides ½ hour lessons by appointment. Both Joe and Jeff offer lesson packages and group discounts. Golfland matches all advertised prices – and we allow you to test hit the clubs outdoors before your buy. Standard fitting is free; there is a charge associated with Trackman fitting. Our staff, with over 70 combined years in the golf instruction and fitting arena offers a unique combination of game improvement through both fitting and instruction. If it’s a better game you’re looking for, Golfland is the place to get it!
